More and more people are becoming aware of the benefits of living a green lifestyle.  Since UPM launched this page over two years ago, we've learned a lot and have adopted measures to make our operations more eco-friendly.  Not only do such changes make green sense, they are green in terms of the money they save.

Daily UPM practices toward greener operations:

• Turn off lights and other equipment when not in use.
• Remove the company and staff from promotional direct mailing lists.Use sleep mode for the computers when not in use.
• Recycle paper; repurpose print out “mistakes” for note paper and later recycle.
• Unplug equipment like chargers and power plugs once charged.
• Produce virtual marketing materials.
