As
out-of-state investors, my wife and I had gone through three other
property managers before we were fortunate enough to find UPM.
Our prior management company sent me paper work showing that they had
collected a deposit from a tenant, only to find that their employee kept
the money and I was told that I was the loser. They never checked the
properties as they said they would, and never got to my tenants about
CC&R violations when I informed them of pending non-compliance.
Searching for a new property management company, we came across UPM, and
this team has been very responsive to all our needs. They have done a
very good job of managing all four of our homes in the area. Timely
reports, follow through on CC&R complaints, and complete disclosure
of all bills for repairs have been presented in fast, smooth
transactions.
We have always received our property statements along with the check as
agreed and never late. Communication with UPM is tops as we always have
no problem connecting with someone there. Their friendly, courteous
service is a welcome pleasure. We highly recommend UPM to anyone who
wants a very professional and friendly management company.

with the tenants not paying rent and trashing my investments. I wasn’t

they did. UPM has been nothing less than professional and their honestly
is beyond reproach. They soon evicted the bad tenants, fixed up the
units and got them leased to good quality tenants! They send statements
and checks on a regular basis. What a concept!! This was something my
prior manager was unable to do. If I have a question, I can always get a
hold of someone there. Thanks to UPM, I can keep my rentals since I
